    From our research with residents, we have found that many struggle to find the right category for their issue. We have been gathering feedback on what to name Report It services and how this will change the reporting experience.

    The team have been working with the Highways service to improve how street and road damage, e.g. potholes, is reported.

    The Report It team have reviewed the reporting process for waste issues, such as graffiti and dumped rubbish. We have launched new image recognition technology to make the reporting process quicker and easier. Try it here: mywestminster.westminster.gov.uk/report-it/waste

    Review of the main Report It page and how it should be structured. Changes include adding a page search and most reported issues shown at the top of the page.

    Reviewed the report a noise form to reflect changes to the service. The Noise team updated their response times and processes. A new report a noise form was launched in November 2023.
